Tinting Without Limits
A Surrey-based window tinting company serving the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. Built and run by two brothers, the business was founded on a commitment to quality craftsmanship and personalized service, bringing a professional yet approachable feel to every client interaction.

The product was never just the website. To reach a new type of customer, the company needed a new voice and identity first, so the rebrand came before the screens.


Our research showed that customers wanted four things from a website: to understand the company, see its services clearly, read reviews from other customers, and reach the business quickly by phone.

Interviews showed that customers wanted answers without having to call, so we collected their most pressing questions and put them on the website. The calls that still come in are the ones worth having.



To position the new brand, we researched the competition across the Greater Vancouver Area, direct and indirect, to find the gap XShield could own.
